Experienced in Licensing and Business Development, with strong background in academic and commercial research. Over 13 years international biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience at Teva Innovative Ventures (Senior Partnering Director), ReNeuron and H. Lundbeck A/S where the positions of Head of Neuropharmacology, Head of Scientific Licensing and Employee-elected Board Member were held. Project managed discovery projects which have led to compounds that reached Phase II clinical development, as well as identification & in-licensing of compounds now in late stage development or on the market. Fellow of the Society for Biology and also the British Pharmacological Society, William is also a Member of the Institute of Knowledge Transfer and the Chartered Management Institute.
